About This Activity
The Shamrock Run is a USATF Certified, 5K and 10K run and 5K Fun Walk. Courses are through the heart of scenic and historic Mocksville, NC. The course is a combination of flat surfaces with some rolling hills. The 5K has a gradual incline in the first mile, flat in the middle and down hill to the finish.  The 10K is a combination of slight hills and flats.

2020 marks the 32nd running of The Shamrock. It will be  held on Saturday, March 14th, 2020 and is hosted by St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.  St. Francis provides significant help to those in need in the community and this year a portion of the money raised from the race will go to Family Promise of Davie County, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization helping children and their families transition from homelessness. 

This year we will again be hosting the Corporate Challenge Fitness Run/Walk. Each
group with over 10 participants will be recognized at our awards ceremony after the 5K.

Race Day, March 14th, 2020:
7:00AM—Race Day Packet Pickup Begins
8:15AM—5K Run & Fun Walk
9:00AM—10K Run
9:15AM—5K Awards Ceremony begins
10:15AM—10K Awards Ceremony begins

This year we have again enlisted Racing Toes Race Management to professionally time The Shamrock Run and will use the disposable chip system. This will ensure shorter check-in lines, less confusion on Race Day, better timing accuracy, and faster results for you! So that we may be sure to accommodate all runners, we highly encourage participants to register as early as possible!
Entry fees are non-refundable. Unclaimed packets will not be mailed to entrants.

This event also has age based pricing set up. Ages 1-18 will receive a discount at check out!
