_ The 2020 Leigh Swain Memorial 5K:

Race Description/Details:
The 5K will benefit Bath Elementary School's efforts to build a track for the school, students and community use. The track will be named after a beloved teacher and community member that lost her fight with cancer.

Registration Fees/Dates/Categories:
Pre-registration is $15.00 for children 12 years and under, $25.00 for 12 and older through March 6.
After March 6 the price increases to $20.00 for children 12 and under and $30.00 for 12 and up. 
You must register by March 6 to be guaranteed a race shirt.

Early packet pick up with be March 27 at Bath Elementary from 5:00 to 7:00.

Awards/Categories:
Awards to the top 3 male and female overall winners and the top 3 male and female in each age group. Age groups are: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over

Course:
The 5k course begins at Bath Elementary School, 110 S. King St., and continues down Craven and Carteret, through Springdale Village, down Main St. and along the waterfront at Bonner's Point before finishing back at King St. The course is flat and partially shaded.
