Come LOSE YOUR SOLE at the First Baptist Church of Conyers for the LOSE YOUR SOLE 5K/10K/1 MILE FUN RUN. The cost is only $10 plus a new or gently used pair of shoes (Get it - LOSE YOUR SOLE). The courses will be run on paved streets around and near the church campus. Packet pickup and race day registration will begin at 7 AM.
