_ The 2020 Bayou Hills Run, City of Pensacola 5K / 10K Championships:

The Bayou Hills Run, the City of Pensacola 5K / 10K Championships wind through the Pensacola neighborhood of East Hill and along Bayou Texar. The East Hill neighborhood is popular among area runners year round because its landscape is unique to the city with historic homes, ancient trees, water views and steep climbs.
The Bayou Hills Run course makes the most of this neighborhood's beautiful scenery and challenging, hilly terrain.

Prizes are awarded in 16 age categories for both men and women, plus Overall Awards for men and women in the Overall Male, Overall Female, masters, grand masters, and senior masters categories. All participants receive t-shirt and bib and are guaranteed the requested size event t-shirt and personalized bib, if registered before February 28, 2020.

Additionally, the overall winners of the 5k and 10k will be welcomed and recognized at a City Council meeting following the race.

The 10K and 5K runs start at 7:30 AM with the 1 Mile Kids Run starting at 8:45 AM. 1 Mile Kids Run start time is approximate, race will begin once all 10K and 5K runners have returned to the finish line.

All Bayou Hills Run races begin and end at Bayview Park.

Strollers and baby joggers are allowed on the run course.
