The Lobo Triathlon wants to assure you that your health, safety and well-being is our highest priority. As we approach our race scheduled for April 18 and 19, our organization has been in regular contact with UNM, the City of Albuquerque, the State of New Mexico and USA Triathlon concerning coronavirus (COVID-19) and best practices for mass participation events. We’ve been following the guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the other parties listed above, and have been hoping to be able to continue. Unfortunately, due to the Public Health Emergency Declaration by the New Mexico Department of Health, and the orders of the Governor of the State of New Mexico and actions of the City of Albuquerque, we must cancel the 2020 Lobo Triathlon.

UNM Lobo Triathlon - Reverse (run, bike, swim), sprint distance race. Two laps around the UNM campus; bike to Mesa del Sol and back via Yale and University; and, 400 Meters long course in the Seidler Natatorium.

Kids Race is on Saturday, April 18, and the Adult Race is on Sunday, April 19.

All proceeds benefit the UNM Health, Exercise and Sports Sciences (HESS) Youth Camp and Graduate Student Travel.  No refunds. Unclaimed entries will be considered donations.
