Women on the Move is for the novice runner or walker. We will spend 9 weeks training for our selected race- I race like a girl- on March 7 ( optional and not incuded in the fee)
This program will help participants gradually ramp up to run/walk a 5K. We will also have "field trips" to our local running store, grocery store and Cross Fit gym. all included in the fee.
This program s designed to give you the tools you need to begin your health lifesyle. Including run/walk training plan and nutritional guidance.
This is not desiged for someone that is currently running on a regular basis.
Participants have the option of once a week with a certified running coach or twice a week. The addional workouts will be on your own.
