Join the U.S.VETS Phoenix team as we host our 5th annual
STEPS FOR VETS a 10K / 5K / 1Mile run/walk on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020
at Rose Mofford Sports Complex.
Whether you are a competitive runner looking for a new PR on this fast, flat course, or you are ready to run your first 5K, or just looking for a fun,
family activity on a beautiful Saturday morning,
all ages and ability levels are welcome!
Come out and support our local veteran community as we raise awareness
and funds to support our mission of the successful transition of military veterans
and their families through the provision of housing, counseling, career development and comprehensive support.
Children ages 12 and under, register for only $15!
Applies to the 5K and 1 Mile distances only.
Not valid on race day.

Virtual Run Details
Of course we want you to participate in the Steps for Vets event locally but we understand things come up. So, if you can't join us on race day and still want to run, get the medal and shirt then you still can! Here is your chance to take part in this event no matter where you are! And of course, all prices include shipping! Please note that all items will ship following the event on May 2nd.
Virtual Registrations are restricted to US addresses only. If you reside outside of the US and wish to participate please contact StartLine Racing at [email protected]

Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups for the 10K and 5K participants only (Race Day Participants Only). Our age groups are the following:
8 & Under, 9 & 10, 11-13, 14-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over
Pre- and Post-Race "Runner's Brunch" (granola bars, fruit, water, Gatorade, etc)
Chip Timed with Real Time Results and Photos on our Website or Mobile App (on Apple and Google)
- Event managed by StartLine Racing. Club SLR discounts do not apply.
Race Day Information
Race Day Packet Pick Up will be available beginning at 6:00am.
- We accept cash, check, and credit cards on race day
Race Day fees will be $50 for the 10K, $40 for the 5K and $30 for the 1 Mile.
- Stroller and leashed pet friendly event!

Packet Pick-up is available on Friday, May 1st from 3-6pm at Road Runner Sports in Phoenix (map)
Road Runner Sports is located at 7077 E Mayo Blvd, Suite 150, Phoenix, AZ 85054
- Race Day Packet Pick-Up will be available beginning at 6:00am at Rose Mofford Sports Complex (race location).
