_ The 2020 Dash For Disabilities Superhero 5K Walk Fun Run & Roll:

This is Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation First Inaugural Dash for disABILITIES. It is a 5K/Fun Run Walk & Roll for ages and abilities of 5 and older to better serve our families. Join us for a SUPER event!! We encourage everyone to Dress as your favorite Super Hero and participate in the 5K or the Fun Run!! Registration begins at 6:00 AM, 5K starts at 7:00 AM. Chip timing will be used for the 5k. Walk & Roll Starts after the 5K finish at 9 AM.

This year we will have Teams registration. Gather all your friends and family to form a team so y'all can come out and enjoy this SUPER event together as a team.

Invite your family and friends to join us after the 5K Fun Run to view local heroes’ vehicles!!

Registration Fees (Early & Late Fees & dates): $25 pre-registration; $30 day of Race  

T-shirts guaranteed to all that are pre-registered by March 5th. After that date, it will be first come first serve.

Packet Pickup: Packets to be picked up on Friday, April 17th at our facility located at 13558 Palm Street, Hesperia, CA 92345

Age Groups: 5-14,15-19,20-29,30-39,etc. 70+
