_ The 2020 5K Home Run:

Join us this Memorial Day for a family-friendly event that supports Family Promise of Lawrence, a nonprofit serving local families experiencing homelessness.

This is a fast, flat course.

First-time racers, joggers, walkers, strollers and dogs on leash are welcome.

Medals will be awarded to top 3 age group finishers as well as overall and master's winners, and new awards will be given for teams and top fundraisers.

Teams of four or more receive $5 discount/person.

Music, free bounce houses, face painting and other children's activities on-site.

On-site registration available from 7 a.m.-8 a.m.

This is a flat, fast course located in downtown Lawrence, Kan.

Rain or shine event. Parking is available in the lot immediately east of South Park, as well as at the meters along Massachusetts St. Parking is free since it is a holiday.
