Description

The Lost 10 Mile Trail Run
The Lost 10 Mile Trail Run is New in 2012 with a 5K Run/Walk event also. This race will feature an exciting and challenging course, a custom tech t-shirt, hot food, plus awards three deep in each division and raffle prizes.

Course Info

The Lost 10 Mile Trail Run starts along the shore of Folsom Lake and after a short section on pavement begins climbing the small hills of the shoreline for an out and back course that veers once to a scenic point along the lake and returns up some short but steep hills, with aid stations spread evenly along the course. There is a climb up Mooney Ridge on the way back to the finish line.

Directions

Granite BeachFrom the Bay Area take Interstate 80 east to Douglas Blvd.

From Reno take Interstate 80 west to Douglas Blvd.

Granite Bay State Park on Folsom lake is located at the end of Douglas Blvd, 5-6 miles East of I-80. Turn right at the third stop sign after entering the park for the Granite Beach parking lot. There is a $10 vehicle charge for day-use or $125 for an annual pass.
