_ The 2020 Cass High Band Rock-n-Run 5K:

Register today for the 1st ever 'Rock & Run 5K' hosted by the Cass High School Colonel Band! Of course, it's OK if you prefer to walk, too! 

This USATF-certified course (Peachtree RR qualifier) starts/finishes at Sam Smith Park, however, this is a completely-new course.  It is flat and fast. It’s great for anyone trying to hit a PR or for those just wanting to walk to support the band program. All ages and all abilities are WELCOME! Walk, jog or run- just come out and support our band!

This race is the big fundraiser for our Spring season. The money we are raising goes to help with the purchase of instruments for the program, new uniforms that the band needs for marching band in the fall and to cover the costs of purchasing the music that the students play. Band programs are quite expensive to operate, and we need your help to succeed!

GET READY...this race will be FUN!  To make this 5K even more exciting, the party will last the entire race! We will have our students stationed along the course to cheer you on and play some of the inspirational music they have learned to pump you up and keep you motivated along the course. Come be a part of it!

Must register by Monday, April 13, 2020 to guarantee a race t-shirt

7:00am  Packet pick-up and Race Day Registration begins

8:00am   5K begins

Parking is provided at 152 Milner Rd., SE in the parking lot by the soccer fields behind CMS, near bus barn.

We are a 501C Charity, so all race entry and donations are Tax Deductible.

Awards given to top Overall Male and Female; top Male and Female Master’s Division; and top 3 Male and Female in each of the following age groups:

10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over

Make sure you enter the name of the Cass High Band Student who referred you to us. We want all students to get the credit they deserve for spreading the word about our race.
