Ladies & Gentlemen....sign up and dash along the C & O Canal in your 3- Piece Suits as we run to raise funds for The Jimmy V Foundation For Cancer Research. If everyone raises a minimum of $20 (asking two friends for $10 each) we can make a difference. https://www.v.org/about/

With all the hype around March Madness, the Final 4 & The College Basketball Championship, this is a great time to host a different kind of 5K for an AMAZING Cause. #RunForJimmyV

The rules are pretty simple, help get the word out to all of your friends, collect donations and bring them to the race, dress up in a suit, run a 5K and smile for the cameras before, during and after the race. 

100% of your fundraising donations will go directly to The Jimmy V Foundation.  Your registration funds will be used to offset the logistical costs of hosting this race (permits, police, medals, bibs, etc..) The remaining funds left from registration will also be donated. 

Event details and schedule

Time: The race will begin at 10:00am

Course: Is an out and back on the Capital Crescent Towpath

Bib Pickup - Will begin at 9:00am at 3700 Water Street

Parking - There is plenty of parking on Wayer St as well as parking garages

Bag Check - There will be a free bag check at the starting line

We will be handing out t-shirts to each participant for signing up.
