_ The Take a Breath 5k for Sarcoidosis 2020:

The Life & Breath Foundation proudly announces our 2nd Annual "Take a Breath 5K for Sarcoidosis" to be held on April 25, 2020 - once again at the DeJon Vineyard in Hydes, Maryland!

Register to Run 5K, Walk 1 Mile, or be a Silent Hero for Sarcoidosis.  Kids 6 and under can join in the 1K Fun Run!

5K Run - $30.00

1M Walk - $20.00

Silent Hero - $30.00

Kids 1K Fun Run (6 and under) - No charge!

All participants 21 and over will receive a souvenir wine glass and can participate in a full wine tasting!  See photos from the 2019 event!

All participants will receive an event shirt.

Race awards and raffle prizes to be announced!

Schedule of Events:

• Packet Pickup and Walk-up registration -   8:30-9:40 am
• Kids 1K Fun Run at 9:45 am
• 5k run/1 mile walk starts at 10 am

Awards and wine tasting to follow.  Please be prepared to show ID for wine tasting.

Parking will be available at DeJon Vineyards. Course map available soon!
