_ The 11th Annual Covington Fire House 5K and Fun Run:

The Fire House 5K in Covington, GA will benefit the "The Covington Fireman's Memorial Scholarship Fund" which provides scholarships to graduating High School Seniors.  We will be at Legion Field in Covington, GA

The Race is an Official AJC Peachtree Road Race Qualifying Event.  Certification #GA19031WC

Event details and schedule

Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup: Begins at 7:30AM

Fun Run: Starts at 8:30AM

5K: Starts at 9AM

Awards: ALL finishers will receive a medal. Special custom made pottery awards will be given to Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, and top three Male/Female winners in age groups beginning 10 and under through 75 and over, and top M/F Public Safety.

Shirts and Goodies:  Custom T-shirts will be guaranteed to all pre-registered participants registered by 05/6/20 and as they last on race day. There will be plenty of refreshments.

Timing and Results: Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.athlinks.com

Series Affiliation: The race is part of the 2020 Black Bag Race Series and the Run and See Georgia Grand Prix.

Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds
