_ The 6th Annual SIMS Twilight 5K Run/Walk:

Come light up the night at the Sims Twilight 5K at Sims Academy of Innovation and Technology in Winder, GA.  Proceeds to benefit Students at Sims Academy of Innovation and Technology.

The Sims Twilight 5K will start and finish at Sims Academy for Innovation and Technology, 985 Austin Road, Winder, GA. The course runs through the peaceful and rural countryside.

Event details and schedule

Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup: Begins at 5PM

5K: Starts at 6:30PM

Awards: First place male & female, overall & masters. First, second, & third place in standard age groups.

Timing and Results: Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.athlinks.com.

Shirts and Goodies: T-shirts guaranteed to runners that register by 04/12/20.  Those who sign up after that date and on race day are not guaranteed a shirt or size.  There will be plenty of refreshments.

Series Affiliation: The race is part of the 2020 Black Bag Race Series.

Other Info:  In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds.
