THE HISTORY:  Coach Lou Nicoletti, affectionately known as Coach Nic, spent over 40 years coaching XC & T&F in the State of Delaware, as well as a short time in California. Coach Nic built Delcastle & Sussex Tech into distance running powerhouses with multiple Conference and State Titles. Hundreds of runners are better people because of life lessons taught by Coach Nic. Coach is currently at Harbor Healthcare in Lewes. Let's celebrate his life with one of his favorite sayings "Let's just run a poopin' 5k"

RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
• Race day registration opens 8:50 am.
• 10:00 am start -:-

RACE ENTRY FEE:  
• $22 pre-registration
• $25 Race Day

TO BENEFIT:  
• Proceeds to benefit the Sussex Tech Cross Country & Track & Field Teams, as well as the annual Lou Nicoletti Scholarship to be presented to a Senior track & field/xc athlete at the annual end of the year sports awards ceremony.
