Monster Dash 5k

• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

• Come on out and have some fun at the Monster Dash 5k!
• One of the few races that start in the evening for all you night owls! Its gonna be a hoot! Starting at the Belmont Plaza Pool for an out and back on the wonderful beach path, for a flat and fast 5k race. Walk or run your way to great health, fitness and well being! Wear a costume or your "birthday suit"! Packet pick up will be at the venue from 4:30pm -until the race start at 5pm. We will not start until everyone is registered!
