_ The 2020 Midway Winter 5k:

Join us for the annual Midway Shelter 5k run and walk. Event takes place this year at the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal in Alameda on Bay Farm Island and supports a great cause. The run will take you along the beautiful shoreline of Bay Farm Island and is a flat out and back with views of San Francisco and the Alameda Main Island. Race time is 9:00am for the 5k. 

The Kids run for 12 and under will be a 1/2 mile course. Kids run will start at 8:45am. Look for the kids run category at registration. 

Registration for 18 and under in the 5k will be $20.00 and is reflected at the check-out

There is plenty of parking at the Ferry terminal and we will have snacks and drinks when the race is over. 

Event details and schedule

The day will start out with the 12 and under kids 1/2 mile run at 8:45am, followed by the 5k at 9:00am. we will have packet pick-up at the alameda brewery on Friday night. this year all runners will receive a T-shirt and finisher medal. 

• Packet Pick-up: Alameda island Brewery on Park St - Friday 12/4 4:30 to 6:30pm 
• Race Day Packet Pickup at race start beginning at 7:00am
• 5k starts at 9:00am
