_ The 2020 Richard's Father's Day Walk and Jog:

Start Father’s Day on the right foot at Richard’s Father’s Day Family Walk & Jog on Sunday, June 21, on the beautiful Tampa Riverwalk.

This is a non-timed fun course of 5K or 1 mile - your choice. In this family-friendly event, parents are encouraged to bring their children and stroll together. Or, you can pick up the pace and run a little.

The course starts and ends at Richard Gonzmart’s restaurant Ulele, at 1810 N. Highland Ave. in Tampa Heights.

On-site registration and packet pickup opens at 7 a.m. and start time is 8 a.m.

100% of the proceeds will benefit Moffitt Cancer Center and help pay for a new brachytherapy suite. 

Event details and schedule

Registration Fees:

• $25 until June 18 for adults (13 years and older)
• $30 day of registration for adults

Children 12 and under are FREE. They must be registered with a signed waiver.

Registration & Packet Pick Up: 7 a.m. June 21

Waivers: Please note all participants, including children under 12 and in strollers, must sign a waiver or have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Race Start: 8 a.m.

Parking: Use street parking around Ulele and nearby parking lots.

Weather: Rain or shine. In case of lightning, tune in to local media for weather updates. We most likely will be unable to notify particpants of what will be a last-minute decision.
