2020 Black Hog Brewing Belly of the Hog 5K:

In light of advancing information on the COVID-19 public health situation, and current CDC guidelines we regrettably announce the postponement of the Run Like A Hog 5K set for April 11, 2020 at Black Hog Brewing Co.  We believe that this is in the best interest of public health, and safety for all. We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and are working collaboratively with the town officials, police, and our partners to reschedule the race for later this year.  Thank you all for your understanding, and continued support. We believe the present situation is a shared concern for the entire community, and it is our sincere hope that we will all stay healthy. Be well!

Help us raise funds in remembrance of Otto “O-Bomb” Funderburk, and help raise money for the Otto “O-Bomb” Funderburk Fund and the Tommy Fund.

Once you arrive at the brewery, there will be plenty of parking and space to stretch out before taking a brief path through the woods to the race start. The race itself is along the Larkin State Bridle trail. It is a very smooth, packed dirt and cinder path, much like a Rail Trail.

After the race, enjoy a free beer on us, along with a selection of delicious LOCAL food trucks!

Entry fee includes one free drink coupon*, a coupon for 15% at any SoundRUNNER store, and access to the drinking and food area, which will have cornhole to play, and socialize.

Vendors will be set up, this 5k will be unique in that the finish will be more of a festival style event.

Day-of registration will be $35.

In addition to a free drink per bib, top 3 male and female finishers will receive gift cards to participating sponsors.

*All participants must show ID verifying age to use drink coupon.
