_ The 16th Annual Swampers 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk:

16th Annual Swampers 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk benefits the Shoals Civic League. 
 

The Swampers 5K starts on Avalon Ave and ends in front of the Muscle Shoals Middle School. The Muscle Shoals Middle School Gym is the site of packet pickup and awards. The 5K starts at 8:00 AM and the 1 Mile starts at 9:05. The 5K course is open for 1 hour, all runners/walkers need to complete the 5K in 1 hour. All 5K finishers and finishers 12 & under in the 1 Mile will receive a custom finishers medal.

Packet Pickup is Friday Night July 31st 4:30PM-6:30PM at the Muscle Shoals Middle School Gym.

Registration & Packet Pickup starts at 6:30 AM on Saturday Morning August 1, 2020.
