Cover the distance of 5K (3.1 miles) to support our programs. You will still get to share your experience through photo sharing and video links on social media under #MomsHelpingMoms or #RunForNew. Registrants will still receive the awesome shirt & Finisher Medal for this year. Some will not be able to see their mothers this Mother's Day and ask that you participate yourself (#alonetogether) or on someone's behalf! Let’s continue to support economic justice by running/walking on the weekend of May 9, 2020 for New Economics For Women.

To address the need for greater open spaces and healthier lifestyles, New Economics for Women (NEW) has delightedly partnered with Aztlan Athletics, LLC to present the 4th Annual Moms Helping Moms 5K Run/Walk. The highlight of the Moms Helping Moms 5K Run/Walk & Stroller Roll will be a 5k race designed to encourage exercise among families. The Moms Helping Moms Campaign provides support for NEW’s programs and services for single-parent moms and raise awareness to 5k participants of our health and wellness programming.
