New Date: September 26, 2020

Red Shoe Run: Rockin’ 5K 2020 is officially ON for Saturday, September 26, 2020. 

We are ready to rock and roll and fundraise for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama. The House and our families we serve need our help now more than ever, and we are excited to be able to continue reaching our $45,000 online fundraising goal. 

As a participant, here are your options:

1) Come ready to rock on September 26th! No action is required with your registration if you are able to attend.
2) If you are unable to attend on this new date, your registration fee will be used as a donation to RMHCA to help the House push through these tough, uncertain times. You will still receive a t-shirt to celebrate Red Shoe Run from home.

DESCRIPTION

Rock the streets of Downtown Birmingham at Red Shoe Run 2020! Once again, our rock n' roll themed run will celebrate family and the mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama!

Stick around after the run/walk to enjoy our family-friendly Block Party featuring kids activities, vendors, food trucks and some special guests. We'll also turn the spotlight on the Alumni Families attending the event plus the top runners in each category!

Last year, the Red Shoe Run raised $89,000 to fund the mission of RMHCA. That's enough comfort and care for 65 families. We can't wait to see how many families YOU can impact in 2020!

Make sure to register before Sept 1, 2020 to guarantee a race day t-shirt in your preferred size! Virtual race bags will be sent to all runners/walkers.
