CXC4L is proud to announce that we will be hosting the Newark Mile again this year! As usual, the race will be taking place along its traditional 2.5 mile (4km) course along the Newark Days parade route. We are pleased to be hosting the 36th consecutive running of this local Newark favorite in partnership with the Newark Days Celebration!

We are closely monitoring COVID-19 and its possible impact on the Newark Mile for 2020. Rest assured that any paid registration for the 2020 Newark Mile will automatically be transferred to the 2021 event with the option of a full refund if we're not able to run the race on September 19. Our top priority is the safety of runners, volunteers, spectators, and the community at large. We, along with the Newark Days Celebration, will follow the guidance from local and state officials available leading up to the event.
