Cowboy or cowgirl it up!  We are celebrating everything WESTERN.  Country western bands and music on the course.  It’s not just a run, it is the cowboy round up of the year.  Learn to rope stations, learn to ride!  Best themed event shirts.  Custom cast medal that turns into a belt buckle! Line dance warm up.  Two step lessons.  Bar B Que food offered. 5K /10K age division awards.  Top three overall trophies.  RFID CHIP TIMED by Itz About Time. It’s our Wild West in all of us. It’s an extraordinary Caren Ware Event.

Caren Ware Events are the something for EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY events. We are the events that gives back. Our desire is to host enriching fun, healthy, outdoor options for your lives and, in turn, gift life enhancing opportunities to others.  Activity helps health. It heals.  It makes life interesting. We will be supporting MISS PAM’s Ranch, by providing proceeds for wheelchair accessibility. We are excited to do something real and really needed.  Thank you for being a part of the forming of Ware in the World Foundation, which connects cultures through outdoor activities.  Providing hope, happiness, and enhanced life experiences

TIME: 8:30 AM START for both races.

WHERE: HUNTINGTON Beach State Park (Corner of Beach Blvd and PCH).
  Turn LEFT into the STATE PARK. (Right goes into the City Parking Lot which may host other events on the same day.)

Perfect selfie moments! Perfect company or team event to ‘corral’ camaraderie! Group Discounts offered for 10 or more members. Awards are 3 deep in 5-year age spans. Recreate and give a little something back to someone that has so much less. You can add additional donations

Registration Fee includes Western themed event shirt the Best BELT BUCKLE  custom cast FINISHER MEDAL ever!  

AWARDS:

There are “In It To Win It” age categories 3 deep with 5 year age spans:
1-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39 40-44, 45-49, 50-54,55-59 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 and 80&Over.

PARKING: State Park parking fee is $15.00. Carpool or limited metered parking available on Pacific Coast Hwy and Beach Blvd.  And NEW this year, OC Parking has Public parking across the street for less then $10. North /east Corner of PCH and Beach Blvd.

Walk up registration welcome and on race day . ALSO, PACKET PICK UP AND LATE REGISTRATION on RACE DAY from 6:30 a.m. to 8:15 am One person may pick up for other participants. Strollers allowed.

Course: Definitely flat and fast on the paved running, bike path.

You choose your course tactics. Race…Jog…Stroll…or Roll. Families can bring strollers but agrees to use at own risk. Please position at the back of the pack at the start. Aid station half way on course.

This is your opportunity to literally RUN a ranch. We are asking for additional donation to support MISS PAM’s Ranch; a ranch that has changed countless lives by a woman in a wheelchair. Do something real and really needed. Miss Pam’s ranch needs wheelchair accessibility. We can free up funds for ramps by your donations feeding the animals on the ranch. Pick a project and fall in love with the great combination of kids and live stock. Caren Ware Events is forming Ware in the World Foundation, which connects cultures through outdoor activities.  Providing hope, happiness, and enhanced life experiences.
