• 9K Run:- Run 5.6 Miles
• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

_ The 2020 Redding Running Festival 9k, 5k & 1 Mile:

The 9K course is runnable with 301 ft of total climbs and has 4 aid stations along the course with water and Gatorade. There are bathrooms at the beginning and end and in Putnam State Park.

The 5K and 1 Miler courses are out-and-backs on the 9K course. The 1 Miler is designed for kids and is untimed

All participants in the 3 races will receive a short sleeve tech shirt or a singlet and a finishers medal. Runners of the Double Race Challenge (5k then the 9k) will receive a 5k medal, a 9k medal and a special "don't tread on me" medal. After the race, stay around for the bands, beverages, food and fireworks (yes fireworks at 9:30pm)!!
