New London’s 25 year spring running tradition continues with Lawrence + Memorial Hospital and a community health and fitness festival with a multiple distance road race for all ages and abilities.

5K Run:
• The L+M Hospital Spring Stride 5K is a single-loop course running along sections of beautiful Pequot Avenue with stunning ocean views. The course is relatively flat with long straightaways.

10K Run:
• The L+M Hospital Spring Stride 10K is a double-loop course running along sections of beautiful Pequot Avenue with stunning ocean views. The course is relatively flat with long straightaways.
