_ The 2020 Byron Park District Turkey Trot 5K Run:

Get ready to burn some calories before heading to your Thanksgiving Day feast! This race, presented by Byron Bank, is a community favorite and annual traditional.  Back again this year is the best "dressed" award.  Be sure to wear your favorite holiday gear for a chance to win an awesome prize!

The race is an approximate 5K distance with chip timing provided by Tri-3 Sports Timing.  Pies will be awarded to the top finishers who are closest to guessing their race time.  Runners will not be allowed to use timepieces. The awards ceremony will be held inside the PE Center 15-20 minutes after the race.  You won't want to miss out on the fun!  

Race shirts are guaranteed to participants registered by November 20th at noon.  A limited number of shirts will be available on race day and distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Preregistration ends November 25th at noon.  Check in and race day registration will be held in the PE Center from 7:00-7:45 a.m. and the race starts promptly at 8:00 a.m.  The race day fee is: $20-youth and $30-adult.

Early bib/shirt pick up will be available November 25th, 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at the Byron PE Center.  Participants must be preregistered for early pick up.
