52nd annual Thornton Turkey Trot.

9:00 AM- 1.5 Mile Kids Run (8th grade and younger)

9:30 AM- Community 5k

Started in 1968, this race has brought out the best runners in the south suburbs for decades. Come cover the course that thousands of runners have conquered prior to their Thanksgiving festivities. 

Proceeds will benefit the Winged Foot Foundation.

The Winged Foot Foundation is a non-profit 501 C 3 charitable organization that has been created exclusively for charitable purposes. The goal of the Winged Foot  Foundation is to assist student athletes in the Chicago area by offering athletic equipment and academic programs to help strengthen the educational & sports activities in their communities. http://www.wingedfootfoundation.org/
