_ The 2020 Race for an Orphan 5K:
Please Note: After close consultation with our partners at the Gathering Place, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our Race for an Orphan 5K that was scheduled on May 30th due to COVID-19. Race for an Orphan is a 5k walk/run benefiting The Boaz Project that supports orphans from Russia, India, and Kenya. The race is open to people of all ages and abilities. Come join the excitement as you run with hundreds of others with professional chipped timing as well as a variety of activities for the family. Please Note: The 5K will run on both pavement and grass.
There will be face paintings, bounce houses, balloon animals and more at the Family Fun Fest running concurrently.
A band will be playing music throughout the race.
Strollers are allowed in the race, we just ask that you start at the back of the starting group.
Pets ARE allowed at this year's race.

This years packet pickup is Friday, May 29th from 6pm-8pm at the Gathering Place.
