_ The 2020 Syrup Stampede 5k and Pancake Breakfast:

Syrup Stampede is a 5K run/walk to benefit Empty Arms Bereavement. Runners and walkers can register as teams or individuals – and have the option to fundraise as a team. Youth pricing available! (Price reduced when birthday is entered)

New this year: 1.kids fun run now includes race, drawstring backpack and other activities TBD such as face painting, Tattoo table, bean bag toss, pancake frisbee, 2. Syrup Stampede Swag Store which includes tech shirts, socks, mugs, and headbands for purchase.

Don't want to run but want to join us for the Fun, $10 for breakfast only option.

Parking is $3 (cash only) if you mention you are participating in the event.

Prizes will be awarded for top male, female and youth runner from every age group.

Fundraising prizes given at $150 - Deadline is 3/15/19. 

Syrup Stampede water bottle given to each participant at finish line.

Early bib pickup at Empty Arms Office, 140 Pine St Room B2, Florence MA 01062 - TBD
