nonprofit organization whose mission it is to protect, preserve and
enhance the waterways of southern New Castle County, Delaware. Our
volunteer members are educators, landowners, farmers, scientists and
elected officials who care about the quality of the water we drink, play

directing you to the reception table.Blackbird Creek Fall Festival4We
are so excited to be partnering with the Blackbird Creek Fall Festival
this year and we hope you stay to enjoy all the fun they are providing!
There will be live music, food, craft vendors, kids activities, hay
rides, canoe trips, demonstrations and more! The festival is free so
stay after the race and continue a great day outdoors for the whole
family!Awards5Awards for the race will be presented to overall top male
and female runners, and the top male and female runners in each age
group as follows: 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60
and over.Course Description6Blackbird Creek Reserve Trail system (the
race will take place on scenic pathways, not roads). Course was wheel
and GPS measured.Rain Date7Only in extreme rain/lightening will the race
be cancelled. If the weather is questionable, participants can call
the ARA at 302-382-0335 starting at 7:00AM on the morning of the race to
check its status.Late Registration8Your registration must be RECEIVED

walk.Directions11From the NORTH: Take Rt 1 S. to Exit 136 toward Odessa
(Rt 299). From Rt. 299, turn right onto Rt. 13 S in Odessa. Turn left
onto Blackbird Landing Rd. Continue to the Reserve on the left.
From the SOUTH: Take Route 13 N to Blackbird Landing Rd. Turn right onto
Blackbird Landing Rd. Continue until you see the Reserve on the left.
**NOTE: There is another section of the Reserve on the right -- This is
not where the race is so look for signs!**
