Express Your SuperPower 5K/10K. 

Awesome flat & fast course completely inside the parks, so the little super heros won't have to run on the street.  The 5K/10K starts at 8:00 am, then a 1 mile Fun Run, and a Tot Trot.  The finish line will have loads of fun things to do before the awards are given out (Overall M/F, Master's Overall M/F, & top 3 in all the regular age groups)  Runners & Walkers are both welcome.  Great technical race shirts to everyone preregistered.

Northwest Georgia Breastfeeding Coalition and Georgia Breastfeeding Coalition present the 5th Annual 5K September 19, 2020.  Proceeds of this Event will go to Express Your Super Power; they are a community event intended to help raise awareness of the importance of breastfeeding and breastfeeding support.

Virtual Race

Can't make it out to the event site on race day?

Then the virtual race is for you!

Here's how it works:

1. Register for the Virtual division
2. Start Training
3. You'll receive event emails with a link to submit your race time
4. Submit your race time by end of race day
5. The Monday after the race results (Virtual Runner division) will be posted online
6. Monday after the race you'll receive an email with a link to the results & any pictures.
7. Monday after the race we'll package up all the T-shirts & medals and put them in the mail.

Five Star Championships & Turkey Trot

All participants will be eligible for (1) free entry into one of the Five Star Turkey Trots, either the weekend before Thanksgiving or on Thanksgiving Day.
Top finishers will earn a spot in the Five Star 5K/10K Championships to be held on January 2021.

Our events are designed to be fun and for the entire family. With that in  mind any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor,  exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive,  competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.  

All registrations are final...We're sorry, but there are no refunds, transfers, or deferments.
