_ The 2020 Burn Your Half Off Kentucky Half Marathon, 10K & 5K:

What's better than running by yourself? Running with a bunch of crazy fun people, that's what! 

The course is on the greenway attached to Bob Noble Park, partially concrete and partially crushed gravel, approximately 1.5 miles in length. That means you will get to the start/finish/aid station area multiple times throughout the race because this is a multi loop course. The beauty of this setup is that nobody is ever alone for long (hooray for camaraderie!), our rockstar support staff can keep a close eye on everyone and spoil the living daylights out of you, and you can leave a drop bag to access your own personal goodies throughout the day. This is also a good place to reapply sunscreen, address any potential issues such as blisters, etc.

Our races are super low-key and non-competitive; we'd prefer to race you vs. you, not you vs. anyone else. This is much more of a family party atmosphere than a competition. We're here to help you reach your goals! That being said, our races are timed and results are posted online. All of our races are USATF sanctioned.

Race distances available include 5K, 10K, 13.1 miles (half marathon.) There is a time limit of 4 hours for all distances. 

Your registration fee includes entry into the race distance of your choosing, finisher medal for all distances, cooling towel, and our usual aid station setup including Gatorade, water, Gu, a ridiculous amount of snacks including dairy-free banana and berry smoothies and pickle juice slushes (no, we're not kidding) and post-race food. We'll also have coolers of icy water to dunk hats in or douse yourself in, and unlimited ice!

Shirts are NOT included in your race fee. We do give out race swag, it just won't be a shirt! As is tradition with this race, shirts, tank tops, hoodies, and other swag will be available for pre-purchase during registration. If you'd prefer to have no swag at all, enter the code NOSWAG for $5 off.

As with any other race put on by any other company, registration fees and add-on fees are final and are not refundable or transferable for any reason. The races will go on rain, snow (hahahaha!), or shine.
