_ The 2020 Great Pumpkin 10K:

Race course is a flat and fast, loop along the ocean, starting at the corner of Seaside Avenue and Route 9 and ending at Huot’s Restaurant in Camp Ellis.

This race was started in 1978 and was selected in 2016 as a legacy race by the Maine Running Hall of Fame. Proceeds go to the American Lung Association of New England/Trek Across Maine, the Tina M. Turcotte Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Shawnee Peak Adaptive Ski Program.

T-shirts to the first 100 entrants.

Awards to first-place overall male and female, and first three in each age group: 1-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+. Random prizes at end of awards.

Race-day registration and packet pickup is at Huot’s Restaurant, 29 Eastern Ave., Saco (Camp Ellis).
