We regret to inform you that the RDV Sportsplex Jingle Run 5K scheduled for December 12, 2020 has been cancelled. We thank you for your continued support of this event and look forward to a brighter 2021!

RACE
There's no better way to celebrate the season then to join us for the RDV Jingle Run 5K! Families and friends celebrate this annual tradition of giving in a fun fitness format. Dress for fun, or dress to run the tree-lined streets of Maitland. Since 1998 RDV Sportsplex has benefitted the Central Florida community and the Boys & Girls Clubs through its holiday run, raising more than $200,000 for the kids at the Joe R. Lee Branch in Eatonville. The 2019 race continues the tradition of giving to help inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. Join us!

RDV Sportsplex, one quarter mile west of I-4 on Maitland Boulevard.

PACKET PICK UP
Packet pickup for those pre-registered will take place at RDV Sportsplex during the following times:

8:00am-8:00pm – Thursday, December 10
4:00-6:00pm – Friday, December 11
6:00-6:50am – Saturday, December 12

DAY OF EVENT SCHEDULE
6:00am – Registration Opens
7:30am – Race Start
8:45am – Awards Ceremony

SHIRTS
Only pre-registered runners that successfully complete the registration and payment process by November 18, 2020 are guaranteed a free race shirt in their preferred size. Several hundred additional shirts will be printed for the race, but size is not guaranteed. Those participants who have pre-registered by November 18, 2020 are first to receive their shirt and preferred size.

MEDALS
Medals will be given out to all participants who cross the finish line.

AWARDS
The Top Male and Female finisher 18+ receive a One Year Membership to RDV Sportsplex Athletic Club. Recognition Award Plaques for Largest Corporate Team, and Most Festive Team.

PARKING
Parking is limited and overflow parking will be available and directed by signs at areas adjacent to RDV Sportsplex. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to race start.

PROCEEDS
Proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida's Joe R. Lee Branch in Eatonville. The local chapters of the Boys & Girls Clubs help instill a sense of hope and opportunity for more than 15,000 children each year by inspiring and enabling all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. 

TIMING & SCORING
This is a fun run, and not a chip-timed run. There will be a clock at the finish line to view your time.

When and where do I pick up my registration materials?
Packet pickup for those pre-registered will take place at RDV Sportsplex during the following times:

8:00am-8:00pm – Thursday, December 10
4:00-6-00pm – Friday, December 11
6:00-6:50am – Saturday, December 12

Registration on race day starts at 6:00am for all participants not pre-registered. 

Who gets a shirt?

What if I need help along the way? 
Qualified emergency medical professionals are available to provide assistance at the start/finish lines.   

Can I participate in the event with my dog? 
Sorry, as much as we love our pets too, the safety of participants is our main concern. Therefore, we do not allow pets on the course.

I will be out of town on race day and not able to participate. Can I get my money returned?
We appreciate your race registration! Since all proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs, a non-profit organization helping at-risk youth in Eatonville, we are unable to issue refunds. We are not in a position to credit your credit card or issue checks. 

Will the race be held if it's raining?
The race is a "rain or shine" event. All participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, such as in a rain coat or hat. Umbrellas can pose a safety hazard to others, so please do not bring them.   

Can I transfer my entry to someone else?
We have a strict NO TRANSFER policy.
