PURPOSE
Seminole County residents and corporate partners unite to support mental health awareness and education in a family-fun, pet-friendly Community Day 5K Run, Walk and Roll. Event proceeds will benefit No Limit Health & Education a 501(C)(3) non-profit to support the Midway Safe Harbor 21st Century programs and Midway Coalition education initiatives.

CD5K Run, Walk & Roll | Finisher Medal
- First 250 registered participants receive a t-shirt and CD5K finisher medal.
- Post celebration will take place at Midway Elementary School’s Amphitheater. Food Trucks, Kids Zone and more!

CD5K Run/Walk Awards
Top 3 males and 3 females overall finishers will be recognized.

10:00 AM Start of CD5K awards ceremony
10:30 AM CD5K Family Zone (Midway Elementary School Amphitheater)
3:00   PM CD5K ends

Packet Pickup: Race packets for the CD5K Run, Walk & Roll can be picked up early on Friday, November 15th at Midway Safe Harbor (2405 Rightway Sanford, FL - 32771) from 11AM - 5PM.
