_ The 11th South Effingham HS NJROTC 5K Running at Honey Ridge Farm!:

The 11th running of the Cadet 5K benefitting the NJROTC Unit. A “Distinguished Unit, with Academic Honors!” New location this year, running on the Honey Ridge Agricaenter owned by Effingham County Board of Education. A fun course through the farm, should be fast and flat. Cadets will motivate you along the run!

Event details and schedule

Registration opens the day of the race at 7:30 and the race kicks off at 9:00 am. Honey Ridge Road is off of HWY 17 two miles south of the town of Guyton, Georgia. If traveling north on HWY 17 turn left at the Pineora Baptist Church and the Honey Ridge Agricenter will be 1/2 a mile on your left. Cadets will direct you to parking. Top three male and female runners will recieve a gift card. Top three male and female in each age group receives a medal. Age groups are 10 and under, 11-15, 16-18 and 10 year increments above 18.
