_ The 2020 Midtown Classic 5K Run:

Location: Wynton Methodist Church
Distance: 1 Mile Fun Run; 5K
Date: Oct 17, 2020
Race Start Time: 1 Mile - 8 AM; 5K - 9 AM
Registration Start Time: 7 AM
Cost 1 Mile: $10
Cost 5K: $20 for Columbus Roadrunners Members and Pew to 5K Members; $25 for non-members
After Oct 14: $30 for all 5K entries (No Pre-registrations will be accepted after Oct 14. After this date, you must register on race day.)
Award Categories: 1 Mile: The top three finishers will receive awards. The first 100 finishers will receive medals.
5K: Awards for the top three finishers in each age group: 0-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+. Awards for overall 1st place finishers male/female & master's (40 & over) male /female.
Award Categories 1 mile: 1st 3 finishers under 18 receive medal all others receive ribbon
T-Shirt: Small thru 2XL sizes; All runners receive a short sleeve t-shirt. Shirts are not guaranteed on race day without early registration by Sept 13: Racers who do not receive t-shirts on race day will be able to pick them up at the Church office at a later date.
Description: To raise money for the Wynnton Neighborhood Network, a non-profit organization that provides food and other necessities to families in Midtown Columbus; and Wynnton Neighborhood Housing, a non-profit organization that improves thw quality of life through the elimination of substandard housing in the East Wynnton Neighborhood and backpacks of Grace, a ministry of Wynnton UMC providing backpacks of food to students of Wynnton Elementary School.
After party featuring food and live music.
