_ The 2021 Special Olympics Beaufort/Hyde Rabbit Race 10K & 5K Run:

Join us for our 5th Annual Rabbit Race benefiting Beaufort/Hyde Special Olympics! This race is a certified 5K/10K and a fun run. (If you are not a runner, we also welcome walkers.) This race will be held in Historic Washington. It is primarily a flat race that includes two bridges. The race will begin along the beautiful scenic waterfront, continuing through the Historic downtown area, over the bridge through Haven’s Garden, leading into Washington Park which includes a shaded area with a scenic view of the Pamlico River.

Pre-registration online includes a T-shirt, goodie bag and food upon completion of race. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 Male/Female runners for 5K and 10K! Pre-registration for this event is $30 and day of registration is $40. T-shirts will be guaranteed for people who register before March 12, 2020.
