_ The 2019 Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk:

The 8th Annual Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk to benefit The Beth-El Center in Milford, CT will take place on Saturday, October 26. The event is sponsored by the law firm of Harlow, Adams, and Friedman, P.C. and Sikorsky Credit Union.

All abilities and ages are welcome to join in the fun.  Gather a group of friends, family or co-workers, dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and enjoy a leisurely walk or envigorating run through the landscapes of Milford. Our course is scenic and has some great water views!
