_ The 2021 Beast Boot Camp 5K/2K Run:

Designed by US Marines, participants face Marine Corps boot camp exercises along a 5k (3.1 mile) course.  CHOOSE your level! 

Competitive (Individual, GORUCK & Team Divisions) = You do 2 loops of the course, you must complete all the exercises & you are eligible for a timed finish & race awards Cost: $30 thru April 8th.  4/9 & Event day: $35.  Shirts $15 extra thru April 4th.  OR.....

Non-Competitive = For ALL skill levels and abilities, you do 1 loop of the course, try to complete the exercises listed under (NC) below.  But, you can try the course without any pressure of finishing the exercises, there is no timed finish & you are not eligible for race awards.  Cost: $20 thru April 8th.  4/9 & Event day: $25.  Shirts $15 extra thru April 4th.    At the Event:

Run individually or form a TEAM!  Special Traveling Trophy for the Winning Team as well as individual awards to the team members.  Teams are 4 people with at least 1 female per team.  Team members can still compete for individual awards.

*  Unique Race Awards for Top Overall & Top 3 Finishers in each Age Group for the Competitive Division.
*  Supporting Dream Chasers youth program & Pets N Vets helping Veterans with PTSD.

What are some of the exercises?

Competitive (C) division will do the course twice & visit 24 stations.  Non-competitive (NC) will do the course only once & visit 12 stations.      

Station 1:  Crab crawl (your butt can’t touch the ground)
Station 2:  Low crawl & High crawl 
Station 3:   Weighted Sit Ups. 
Station 4:  Burpees – Marine style.
Station 5:  Bear crawl.
Station 6:  Walking lunges uphill.
Station 7:  Push ups.  Marine style.
Station 8:  Run the Grandstand steps.
Station 9:  Stair jumps.
Station 10:  Sand bag hoist.  
Station 11:  Wall jump.  .

PACKET PICK-UP:  Race day morning from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

RACE AWARDS:  Team Awards, Top Overall & Top 3 Finishers in age group
