Our partner for this year’s event is our local food bank. The Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana procures, sorts, inventories and provides food to our partner agencies for distribution into their local communities. In addition, the Food Bank operates three programs that directly provides food to those most vulnerable – our children and seniors. Together, as a hunger-relief network they serve over 24,000 people every month.

EVENT SCHEDULE AND TIMES

The Monroe Turkey Trot will be held on Thanksgiving morning, November 28, 2019 at the Downtown River Market in Monroe, LA. This year it will be one distance!  This will be a 3 mile loop in Downtown Monroe. Race day registration starts at 7 am with a race start time of 8 am.

Loop course in Downtown Monroe, finishing in the River Market.

PACKET PICKUP

There will be early packet pickup on Wednesday, November 25, 2019 from 12 PM - 5 PM at Fleet Feet Sports.  Their address is 1866 Forsythe Avenue, Monroe, LA.  We will also have race day packet pickup until 15 minutes prior to race start.
