_ The 3rd Annual RSB Lakes Region for Parkinson's 5k:

Come join us for the Second Annual RSB Lakes Region for Parkinson's Virtual 5K Saturday September, 19, 2020 thru Saturday September 26, 2020! You may complete your race anytime during that period.Last year’s race was a huge success!!  The race will raise funds for Rock Steady Boxing Lakes Region's Adopt-A-Boxer program, equipment and training. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson's, can actually lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life.  Registration is $25 adults, $20 for kids 14.  Through our timer (North Star Timing) and our race registration company (RunSignUp) this year we have access to RaceJoy which is a free GPS virtual race tracking app.  It allows entrants to run their 5k virtual race anywhere in the world and the results are automatically uploaded to our results page.  We also will create virtual bibs and finishers certificates.  While we have already reached our free shirt quote to the first 50 registered entrants you may still order one. Just click on the More tab, select Store and follow the instructions!  If you cannot participate but still wish to support our cause, you still may donate by clicking on the “Donate” tab above.
