Description

2012 Bug Chase 5K :

  • If you have run this race before, you know what a great time you have running this unique course while helping the schoolchildren of Lee County.
  • If you havent, its time you found out.
    • Course Info

  • The course includes cypress wetlands, pine flatwoods and a restoration area which has been invaded by the exotic melaleuca tree.
  • Wildflowers and low-growing plants such as purple aster grow along the paths.
    • Other Info

  • All profits go to support the Bringing Up Grades programs at Colonial, Littleton and Orangewood elementary schools and other community service projects.
