If you are signing up, considering or even had a tiny thought of running a fall half or full marathon in the fall of 2021. The Extra Mile has the experience, program and people to help get you to that finish line.
Fall Half & Full Marathon Training - June 7th thru November 6, 2021
(This training time line can be modified to your goal marathon)

CALL OUT MEETING - Wednesday, May 5th at 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday, June 2nd at 6:00 p.m. from Extra Mile Fitness Company (meetings are the same just two different dates)
PROGRAM BEGINS WEEK OF JUNE 7th
This custom program is geared to the first time half or full marathoner, as well as, any seasoned goal-orientated runners. We welcome all paces and abilities. Our coaches will help customize a program to meet your goal half or full marathon. You will receive support throughout the program via email newsletters, Facebook group page, assisted intervals & long runs, training shirt and unlimited access to the coaches for personalized questions. All of the coaches are seasoned marathoners (4 of them have done over 20 marathons, qualified and participated in the Boston Marathon and have studied and trained using various methods).
THE DETAILS:
Program Dates – June 7th thru November 6th
Group Runs – Tuesdays at 5:30 am or 6:00 p.m. and Sundays @ 7:00 a.m. and some Saturdays.
THE COST: $80/PERSON (Does not include race entry)
PROGRAM BENEFITS:
FREE KICKOFF RUN/WALK from Extra Mile on Sunday, June 6th
On the fence about training with a group? Join us Sunday, June 6th at 7:30 a.m. for fun kickoff to the fall training. We will run/walk between 4 to 8 miles starting and ending at Extra Mile Fitness Company, 1330 E Lincolnway, Valparaiso, IN. Coaches will be available to answer questions, past participants will also be on hand to share their experiences!
