For Virtual 5k Please email a picture of results including distance and time completed to: [email protected]
We will have the 5k in person this year at Westwood Trails in Sterling, IL with a Virtual Option. Due to Covid-19 we will have the option of either an in person 5k or a virtual 5k. During this virtual 5k participants can schedule their own 5k between the dates of June 4th through June 6th. The 5k can be walked or ran in an indoor or outdoor setting. It can be the route for our 5k or just around your neighborhood the choice is yours. Awards will still be given. Please email a picture or a screenshot of the 5k distance with time completed. This year for Teams we are encouraging families to do this together. There is a limit of four members on your Team. We ask that you email only the four times of your team. This year Swag will be given to one per individual race purchase and up to four for a teams purchase. Swag this year will include PJFD 5k bibs, T-shirts (sizes guaranteed until May 17 2021) and more great freebies. We encourage all participants to share photos of them doing the 5k. We can empower all those around us to support a great cause! Please use the hashtag #ywcapjfd5k2021. Awards and remaining swagbags not picked up will be available for pick up on a later date after 5k has concluded. Please check email updates for more information on specific pick up times.
