July 4th marks our Nation's birthday, the middle of summer, and THE HOTTEST 5K PARTY IN LAKELAND!! Join us for our annual Red, White & Brew 5k presented by Lakeland Volkswagen and get out your most red, white and blue running and walking gear and come celebrate America’s birthday at FITniche! Join your friends in kicking off your day off with a 5k, and PANCAKES!! In addition to the pancakes, you receive an awesome tank top, fun finisher’s medal, complimentary root beer, and a brew! We will also have a “Lil' Firecracker Run” for the kids, and encourage team participation!

Early Packet pick up - FITniche Lakeland:

Friday, 7-2-21 from 4-7 p.m.

Saturday, 7-3-21 from Noon-5 p.m.

Day of Race - FITniche Lakeland:

Sunday, 7-4-21

6:00 am - Registration and Packet Pickup

7:04 am - Race Starts

7:30 am - Pancake breakfast begins!

8:00 am - Approx time for the Lil Firecracker runs to begin.

8:15 am - Approx time for awards presentation

10:00 am - FITniche Store closes for the holiday. Enjoy the rest of your Independence Day!
