To our amazing supporters,

We have had to make the tough decision to once again cancel our June race due to the Covid-19 Pandemic...  but we still want year 13 to go on!
Please join us for our year 13 virtual edition of the Bow Lake Dam 15K/5K. 
Where? Anywhere!  This means you can invite friends and family in other locations to join in the fun!  When? Anytime between 5/1 - 8/31! 
Let's see how many states BLD15K/5K can reach! We want one person from each of the 50 states to join the virtual Race to Cure Cystic Fibrosis! Claim your state and help us with our 50 States Challenge!   Last year we had participants from 38 different States and 5 different Countries! How far will we reach this year?!

May is Cystic Fibrosis awareness month, and what better way is there to spread the word than by running for a cure and spreading some #BowLakeLove?
Put on your favorite Bow Lake Dam 15K/5K shirt and hit the streets - safely and socially distanced, of course -  take a selfie and share your Cystic Fibrosis awareness with friends on Social Media! Be sure to tag  @BowLakeDam15K5K   and use   #DamRace4CF  and   #CysticFibrosisAwareness in your posts! 
You choose the course - and don't worry about timing yourself - we just want you to get out there and spread some CF awareness!
As always, registration proceeds will be sent to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. 

We want you to know that the Bow Lake Dam team had a tough time making the decision to cancel our 13th annual race.  We love doing what we do, but based on the current guidelines put forth by local government officials, the guidance of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, as well as our own judgement because the safety of our participants and volunteers is and always will be our number one priority when planning our event - we felt it was best to keep our friends, families, and supporters safe during this time.
We hope to see you all next June for year 14!
