Event details and schedule
After a long hiatus through 2020, we're thrilled to be back with the first Rock Recovery (Rock) 5k Fun Run of 2021!
This summer we invite you to grab a friend and enjoy a fun, family-friendly jog/walk/run through the National Mall to raise critical funds for Rock's life-saving eating disorder treatment services and resources. Following the run, stick around for a post-run bake sale with Green Island Bakery at the Potomac River Running (PRR) store in Washington, DC and learn about the important work that Rock is doing in the community.
All fitness levels are welcome to enjoy this untimed event! Proceeds will go to help the incredible individuals Rock serves through it's unique eating disorder treatment programs, which provide life-saving, affordable, holistic care to those who struggle with eating disorders, exercise and body image issues.
Please note: This run will take place outdoors but please see below for Potomac River Running COVID-19 Guidelines.
